Brad ran a 10k (6.2 miles) this morning and the girls and I got to be there to cheer him on. He did great and came home with a medal...but then again, everyone did. Noelle thinks his medal is the most amazing thing.

awesome! i coordinate a 5k event for our mission every year in october. i've been trying to get jen r. to come up and run in it. maybe it would be a great trip for the two families? :) we've love to have you visit!

Wonderful performance! Looks like you will be the one to keep up with in future road race endeavors. I must look for for advantages to keep up such as short cuts, superman shoes, or drafting behind the nearest Ethiopian. Dad
